Customize your patient's recommendation with your clinic name, address, physician who issues the recommendation letter and Logo. Our Recommendation and Caregiver letters are widely recognized by Law Enforcement Agencies across the Medical Cannabis States and provide Digital Photo ID Impression for added security. Of course all recommendation and caregiver letters are saved inside the patients record for future access and reprints.
- Law Enforcement Verification:
If a law enforcement agency would like to speak with a live person regarding the status of your medical cannabis patients, GreenLife provides 24/7 emergency contact. This helps protect your patients when it is needed most.
- Document Storage:
All Recommendations letters are saved in the patient's record for easy access and reprints. Additional documents can be uploaded to patient's record by accessing their documents section. Uploaded documents are locked by default to comply with HIPAA regulations regarding medical record editing and deleting. Physician and administrators have the ability to change that functionality.
- Patient Health and History Form:
To streamline your practice our clients enjoy the use of GreenLife's electronic patient intake or health and history form. With the help of Industry Leading Physicians we have created a form that addresses all areas of a patients medical history that may pertain to their treatment. When a patient schedules an appointment with your office they can complete their health and history form electronically prior to arriving. The system automatically generates a digital document and stores it in the Pre-Qualification section for approval. This product is included in our Advanced Package.
- Physicians Exam Note:
Doctors can complete digitally signed and locked exam notes as well as "PARK" their progress notes while the evaluation takes place. All digitally signed exam notes are locked to prevent editing or deletion.
