The All Patients List
Patient charts are easily displayed for quick reference. Each tile represents a patient's chart. Just one click and you enter into the full chart for the Patient.

Documents Page
Upload all pertinent documentation to the patient's chart. Download it at any time for review or reproduction when needed.

Notes Page
Complete a health and history note along with physicial exam notes in easy to use format. These documents will be saved as unedible notes for proper documentation.

Patient Queue
Physicians find it easy to know what patients are in the office, waititng to be seen, by navigating to the Patient Queue.

Recommendation Generation Page
Generate Recommendations and Caregiver Declarations with just a touch of a button and view the history of recommendations generated for the patient.

At Home Sign-up
The system offers the ability for your patients to sign-up at home before their appointment date by using the at home sign up function. Once the patient fills out their demographic information, along with a health/history questionnaire, the system can automatically create their account while checking in the patient.
